HostMatch

We rolled out HostMatch to pair MDU developers with short term rental hosts.  We charge you (the developer) a fee which, while flat, roughly equates to 25% of what you earn over market rate rent.

Not all hosts are created equal.  For every obvious reason to select a particular host, we see dozens of relevant micro considerations - reasons for selecting one host over another - which could positively or negatively affect earnings potential and headaches.
